Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a website service from Craftsman Digital, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services & Scope

Craftsman Digital provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services based on the option selected at the time of purchase (one-page website, five-page website, or custom website).

Each website option includes a defined scope of work. Services outside the stated scope—including additional pages, advanced functionality, e-commerce features, integrations, redesigns, or expanded customization—require separate approval and may incur additional fees.

2. Website Structure & Design Adjustments

Craftsman Digital retains discretion over layout, structure, and implementation decisions to ensure usability, performance, and consistency with the selected website option.

Reasonable revisions are included within the scope of the purchased option. Requests that materially change the original structure, add new features, or exceed the defined scope may require additional fees and adjusted timelines.

3. Setup & Build Fees

All website setup and build fees are one-time and non-refundable.

These fees cover design, development, configuration, and initial deployment of the website.

Setup fees do not include ongoing content changes, redesigns, feature expansions, or add-ons unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Hosting & Ongoing Services

Website hosting and ongoing services are billed monthly in advance and continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

Hosting fees include website availability, basic maintenance, and content updates as described in the selected website option. Hosting fees do not include redesigns, major structural changes, or new feature development unless separately approved.

5. Billing Authorization

By completing a purchase, you authorize Craftsman Digital to charge the payment method on file for all applicable one-time and recurring fees associated with your website services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All website build and setup fees are non-refundable once payment is made.

Monthly hosting services may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, services will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, required content, images, and access necessary to complete the website build and ongoing updates.

Delays caused by missing information, incomplete access, or lack of response may affect timelines and do not pause billing or extend service commitments.

8. Platform & Third-Party Dependencies

Websites rely on third-party hosting infrastructure, software, plugins, and services. While reliability and uptime are prioritized, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Craftsman Digital is not responsible for outages, performance issues, security incidents, or data loss caused by third-party providers beyond our control.

9. Custom Work & Add-Ons

Custom functionality, additional pages, e-commerce features, integrations, advanced configurations, or other add-ons are not included unless explicitly stated.

All custom work requires written approval, may incur additional fees, and must be scoped and agreed upon before work begins.

10. Acceptable Use

Websites may not be used for unlawful activity, deceptive practices, spam, or violations of applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

Craftsman Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations without refund.

11. Results Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Craftsman Digital provides website services intended to support online presence and communication. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including search rankings, traffic volume, lead generation, sales, or revenue.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, content quality, and business operations.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
