Terms & Conditions

By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services & Scope

Craftsman Digital provides access to software tools, hosting, and support services based on the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase. Each plan includes a defined set of features and services aligned with the stated purpose of that tier. Any services outside the stated scope—including customization, expanded configurations, strategy, or additional support—require separate approval and may incur additional fees.

2. Plan Structure & Feature Adjustments

Craftsman Digital reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or reassign features within subscription plans as the platform, integrations, or service structure evolve. Any such changes will be made in a manner consistent with the overall purpose and value of the selected plan and will not materially reduce core functionality without notice.

Feature availability may also be affected by third-party platform updates, limitations, or deprecations beyond Craftsman Digital’s control.

3. Setup & Onboarding Fees

Any setup or onboarding fees are one-time and non-refundable. These fees cover initial configuration, account provisioning, and system setup. Setup fees do not include ongoing management, optimization, campaign services, or custom development unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Subscription Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless canceled or governed by a minimum commitment term. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Craftsman Digital to charge the payment method on file for all applicable recurring and one-time fees.

5. Subscription Terms & Commitments

Tier 1 (Foundation) and Tier 2 (Growth) are billed month-to-month and may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Tier 3 (Expansion) requires a minimum 12-month commitment due to the level of customization, automation, and ongoing optimization involved.

Early cancellation of a Tier 3 subscription does not eliminate remaining payments due under the commitment period.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. Upon cancellation, access to services will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Setup fees and completed services are non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, granting required access, and responding in a timely manner to requests necessary for setup, configuration, and support. Delays caused by missing information, incomplete access, or lack of response do not pause billing and may affect timelines.

8. Platform Access & Availability

Services rely on third-party platforms, software, and infrastructure. While reliability is prioritized, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Craftsman Digital is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, performance limitations, or data loss caused by third-party providers.

9. Custom Work & Add-Ons

Custom workflows, automations, websites, integrations, advanced configurations, or add-on services are not included unless explicitly stated. Such work may require written approval, additional fees, and separate timelines before work begins.

10. Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, deceptive practices, or violations of third-party platform policies. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability & Results Disclaimer

Craftsman Digital provides systems and tools intended to support business operations. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to revenue, rankings, lead volume, conversion rates, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
