Terms and Privacy

The rules for every plan, and how we handle your information.

Client Terms

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These terms cover every Craftsman Digital website plan. By paying for a plan, you agree to them. "We" means Craftsman Digital LLC. "You" means the business buying the plan.

1. Plans

Basic: $99 one-time setup, then $19 a month. A one-page website with your name, photos, service area, and phone. No calculator and no lead follow-up. Basic includes a card on file and an export of your contacts when you cancel. It doesn't include the quarterly update or a login.

Core: $299 one-time setup, then $97 a month. A website with home, calculator, contact, privacy, and terms pages, one cost calculator matched to the work you do most, every lead saved to your account, an email alert when a lead comes in, follow-up emails that go to homeowners on their own, and a login (including the phone app) to see your leads, conversations, and reviews.

Growth: $499 one-time setup, then $279 a month. Everything in Core, plus a toll-free business phone number with call recording, calling and texting from the app, text alerts for hot leads, missed-call text back, a chat box on your site, online booking for your leads, financing your customers can apply for on their own, and estimates, invoices, and payments.

Hosting is included in the monthly price. Your domain is yours. We register it for you, and it's paid with your card on file, both the first purchase and each yearly renewal (see section 4). You can move it into your own name any time after the first 60 days. The full list for each plan is on our pricing page, craftsman-digital.com/pricing.

2. Setup fee and the Zero-Risk Guarantee

The setup fee is paid once, when you sign up. It covers building your site and setting up your account. It is not refundable, except under the guarantee below.

The Zero-Risk Guarantee (Core and Growth). If you're not happy for any reason, call or text us at (877) 560-0450 within 30 days of the day you sign up, and we refund your whole first payment: your setup fee plus your first month. No questions asked. One refund per client. When we refund, your service ends and your site goes offline. Your domain stays yours, so it isn't part of the refund. We register it for you, and you can move it into your own name any time after the first 60 days. The guarantee doesn't apply if you signed up with a coupon.

3. Monthly billing and canceling

1. Your plan is billed every month, in advance. Your setup fee and your first month are both charged when you sign up. By signing up, you allow us to charge your payment method for your setup fee and your monthly fee.

2. There is no contract. Your plan runs month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

3. To cancel, call, text, or email us any time before your next billing date.

4. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the month you already paid for. We don't refund partial months.

5. If a monthly payment fails, we try again and email you. If it's still unpaid after 7 days, your service pauses until it's paid.

4. Your card on file

1. Your card on file pays for your domain (the first purchase and each yearly renewal) and for usage costs, like sending emails, and on Growth, phone calls, texts, and your phone number.

2. After you sign up, we turn on usage billing in your account and you add your own card there. You type it in yourself. We never see or handle your card number.

3. Usage comes out of a balance in your account that's paid from your card. If that balance runs out, those services pause until it's paid. That includes your follow-up emails and texts to homeowners. We turn on auto refill when we set up your account, so the balance tops itself up from your card.

4. We finish setting up your site once your card is on file.

5. What you own if you leave

1. Your domain is yours, even if you leave. We register it for you, and you can move it into your own name any time after the first 60 days.

2. When you cancel, we email you a spreadsheet of your contacts and leads within 7 days.

3. Your site, calculator, and automations are built and owned by us. They go offline when your service ends.

6. Site updates and changes

1. Once a quarter, we do a free update pass on your site.

2. To ask for a change, text or email us. Small fixes, like a typo or a photo swap, are done within 5 business days. Bigger changes go into your next quarterly update.

3. Bigger work, like more pages or a second calculator, is quoted before we start. We only do it once you agree in writing.

7. What's not included

1. A custom layout. Your site is set up with what makes it your business, like your name, photos, service area, and phone. The layout itself isn't changed.

2. Ads.

3. Running your social media or Google profile for you, like posting updates and offers.

8. Your leads

1. Leads from your site are saved in your account on our platform. We store and handle them for you, only to run your service. We never use or sell your leads for anything else.

2. You're responsible for calling and following up with your own leads. Our automatic emails help, but they don't replace your call.

3. Some follow-up emails and review requests only go out when a lead is moved to the right stage in your account. Some moves happen on their own, like when a homeowner replies. You move the rest from the phone app, and the leads guide we give you shows how.

4. Your site comes with a standard privacy policy and terms page, since the calculator links to both.

9. Your prices and what your site says

1. The price range your calculator shows is a ballpark, not a quote. It starts from national cost data, adjusts for your area, and runs higher or lower based on a setting you choose when we set it up.

2. You're responsible for the prices on your calculator and for every claim on your site, like years in business, insurance, and license number.

3. You give us true, current information about your business.

10. Acceptable use

1. Don't use your site or account for anything illegal, spam, or misleading.

2. Only send texts to people who agreed to get texts from you.

3. We can pause or end service for breaking these rules, without a refund.

11. Outside services and results

1. Your site and account run on outside platforms, like our website and CRM platform, email and phone carriers, and Google. We can't promise they'll never go down, and we're not responsible for their outages or data loss.

2. We don't promise any number of leads, calls, jobs, rankings, or sales.

3. We track how your site is doing (leads, jobs, and the numbers you share with us) so we can show you what it's doing for you. We may also share results without your name to show other contractors what this does. We'll always ask before using your name, your business name, or a quote from you. Tell us anytime if you'd rather we not share your results at all.

12. Limit of liability

If something goes wrong on our end, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last 3 months. We're not responsible for lost jobs or lost profits.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect. Staying on your plan after that means you accept the change.
